Mary Ann Oliver has enjoyed making art all of her life. She was born in Hollywood and moved to Arroyo Grande in 2002 from Ventura County. She studied art in college and has been creating ever since. She devotes many hours weekly to painting in oils and acrylics with a group of local artists where style, technique, and creativity are explored. Her art is in homes, both here, and in Southern California and she has participated in many art shows and festivals. She and her husband grow Pinot Noir grapes and Mary Ann’s artwork is included on their wine labels. “I just love painting…it’s like meditation…you can get lost in it. I think that everyone has creativity inside…we just need to let it out! I am so inspired by our beautiful Central Coast. I love to paint it along with many other subjects, using color and brush strokes to bring movement to my paintings. Come paint with me… let’s have fun and get our creativity on!”
Whether you are an aspiring artist or just looking to explore your creative side, Art Bar will help you create a painting that is uniquely yours.
