Join Estate Chef Rachel Ponce and Director of Wine Experiences Vanessa Igel for a Wine and Food pairing basics class at The Station! The wine experience is $40 per person and includes ingredients and wine to snack, swirl and sip as we learn about food & wine pairing basics. There is plenty of time to ask questions and discover why certain items work together and why others don’t. At the end of the evening everyone will walk away with a great understanding of how to use these basic concepts.
Space is limited, registering early is recommended!
The Station is San Luis Obispo’s oldest gas station re-imagined into a mixed use space for work, events, and curated wine bar. Wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the two hour workshop. Guests must be 21 and over to attend this event.
