Details for Pop-Up Art Bar:
- Off-site private events last about 2 hours. Our Events Manager will arrive early to set up and help with the painting clean up.
- You choose the painting from a variety of artwork offered in our collection.
- There is a 20 person minimum for ArtBar to come to you.
- The cost is $30 per person and includes all materials- a 16×20 canvas, paints, brushes, aprons, and easels.
- There is a $150 travel/set up fee. This includes travel to anywhere less than 15 miles from our location in San Luis Obispo
- You also have the option of having a clay, drawing, or watercolor workshop! Ceramic prices vary.
Details for Private Art Bar Event at The Station:
The deposit is $350 with a 15 person minimum or cost thereof ($40/person). A contract must be signed and returned no later than 10 days prior to the event. Once the deposit is submitted, the amount is non-refundable. You are able to choose your date, time, artist and painting if there are no previously scheduled Art Bar events. The maximum amount of people we can accommodate in The Station location is 22.
A beverage minimum of $150 is required for events held Sunday-Thursday. $200 is required for events held Friday’s and Saturday’s. Wines can be preselected or picked out on the night of. If entire amount isn’t spent, the remaining balance will be put on a gift card.
